Exterior Renovation

Completed a full exterior renovation using Celect PVC siding, complemented with black soffit, fascia, and eavestrough.

Framed a new truss roof over the existing flat roof and applied metal roofing.

Crown Moulding

Installed Versatex shoe mould, crown moulding, and PVC soffit and fascia.

Porch & Siding

Upgraded with new James Hardie board and batten siding, Maibec modern EM+ porch ceilings, and aluminum soffit, fascia, and eavestrough.

Covered Porch

Constructed a new covered porch, installed a cedar ceiling, and applied exterior grade soffit and fascia.

New Covered Patio

Constructed a new covered patio, poured exposed aggregate sidewalks and patio surfaces.

Pool House

Installed a new pool house exterior using Maibec board and batten siding, V-Joint pine ceilings, and aluminum soffit, fascia, and eavestrough.

Deck & Gazebo

Installed helical screws, framed deck, applied Azek decking surface, built BC fir covered pergola and gazebo, installed Regal LED railings, and integrated flush mount low voltage stair lighting.

Exterior Siding

Applied James Hardie board and batten siding, painted the exterior brick, installed BC fir porch post and beam, and added aluminum soffit, fascia, and eavestrough.

Barn Construction

Framed and built a pole barn with a metal roof and siding.

Bench

Constructed a frame for a bench and installed an Azek surface.

Shingles Installation

Installed James Hardie straight edge shingles, and completed with aluminum soffit, fascia, and eavestrough.

Pool House

Framed a new structure, installed James Hardie lap siding, nickel gap interior walls and ceilings, and constructed a BC Fir pergola and deck.

Upgraded with James Hardie board and batten siding and James Hardie straight edge shingles.

Bathroom Renovation

Undertook a complete bathroom renovation including reframing, drywalling, tiling shower, walls, and flooring, and installing new fixtures and vanity.

Renovated Garage

Designed and renovated a garage into a garden studio, installed tile, BC fir custom-built trellis, James Hardie lap siding, and James Hardie soffit and fascia.
